The day started positively… and then went downhill :/
Began the day with 1 egg and tea
Went for a jog
Then whilst at work I ate 4 breadsticks with houmous and… I feel disgusted to confess this, 4 mini rolls (each 96 cals).
It’s now time for dinner and I’m not hungry. Still I’ll have a tiny amount of whatever my mum’s made and LOTS of water.
Will try and do a pilates dvd later this evening. Fingers crossed!
